Description
Responsibilities: Prepares quotations and proposals for maintenance requests.Operational planning for deploying all required manpower for the execution of jobs. Provides instruction on maintenance scope, timelines, locations, and all relevant details.Arranges site visits before commencement of the job.Monitors progress of the work orders (cases) assigned to their respective team members.Actual sourcing and procurement activities for maintenance activities.Coordinates with the freight forwarder & supplier while placing orders for maintenance.Coordinates with necessary work permits associated with the site.Prepares monthly reports.Updates Netsuite daily based on the logs open and logs closed.Participates as support for preparing tenders and submittals.Prepares and follows up on maintenance proposals.Specific Skills: ELV experience/Security system experience.Key account management.Very good command of Arabic and English.Good command of computer skills.Work Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in operations or after-sales support, preferably in IT security services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
