QA QC Civil Engineer

Conduct rigorous inspections of construction materials and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Develop and implement detailed QA/QC plans that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project teams to identify potential quality issues early and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.Lead training sessions on quality assurance practices for site personnel to enhance awareness and compliance.Perform audits and assessments of contractor performance to ensure adherence to quality management systems.Analyze test data and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Utilize advanced testing techniques and equipment to evaluate the physical properties of materials used in construction.Maintain a proactive approach in identifying trends in quality performance and suggest improvements.Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to project management.Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, (BE, B TECH), with a strong academic foundation in construction materials and methods.Minimum of 5 years UAE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH RISE BUILDING. (10 floors and above) in civil engineering projects , particularly in large infrastructures.Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent in quality management systems are highly preferred.Strong understanding of local construction codes and regulations, with experience in compliance assessments.Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools, along with a solid grasp of statistical analysis methods.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive quality initiatives in a collaborative environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve complex quality issues.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality.Physical capability to conduct site inspections and walk through construction zones safely.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
