Site Engineer - Bridge Execution

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Supervise structural activities on-site including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and post-tensioning.Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved IFC drawings, RTA specifications, and project quality standards.Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and the RTA for inspections and approvals.Prepare and submit daily progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), and other site documentation.Conduct material inspections and ensure timely delivery of structural elements to meet project milestones.Implement site safety and quality protocols as per RTA and CCECC guidelines.Assist in resolving technical queries and providing engineering solutions at site level.Support in preparing method statements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and as-built drawings.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in structural works, with at least 2 years on RTA projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of RTA standards, construction methods, and QA/QC procedures.Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office, and site-level planning software.Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage site teams and meet tight deadlines under pressure.UAE driving license is an advantage.About the Job We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Structures to oversee the execution of civil and structural works on our RTA infrastructure project.
