You will liaise with Project Managers/Clients and collaborate with the Software Team to ensure detailed system requirements and traceability.Roles & Responsibilities Define system requirements based on stakeholder needs Specify detailed functional, performance, and environmental requirements, ensuring standards compliance Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable Maintain traceability Contribute to system level testing procedures Continuously update your expertise and design innovative solutions Solve complex problems in a challenging environment Work Experience Requirements Proven experience in Software and/or Systems Engineering Experience in writing system specifications Familiarity with engineering processes and tools Ability to adapt to change Nice to Have Knowledge of development assurance standards (e.g., ED-153, ED-109A, ARP 4754A, ED-12C)Knowledge of Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM)Experience with drone operations Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent Preferred Skills Quick understanding of complex systems and stakeholders Team player with collaborative mindset in an international environment Strategic and analytical thinker Resourceful, organized, open-minded, and curious Rigorous, logical, and fluent in English Additional Information We offer careers, not just jobs.
