Electrical and Instrument Planning Engineer - Oil/Gas

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation) Nationality: Any Vacancy: 1 Job Description Responsible for control valve, material identification, overcalling proceed, network preparation, and site instrument-related activities. Responsible for electrical planning related to LNG, OAG, & IGD plants. Undertakes planning and pre-engineering functions for all aspects, including electrical site/CWS planning activities for major overhauls and project work. Conducts site surveys and identifies all required details on electrical equipment as per work schedule and activities. Well-versed with planning tools & scheduling packages such as Primavera P6 and SAP for major overhaul projects. Familiar with plant electrical maintenance jobs in overhauling electronic & electrical equipment, including motors, switchgears, transformers, MOVs, substation equipment, etc. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment from major manufacturers and understands overhaul and testing methodologies, including isolation procedures and safety precautions. Familiar with temporary lighting provisions for turnaround. Hands-on maintenance experience in electrical overhauling, including motors, switchgears, transformers, etc. Ability to identify materials required for electrical equipment and reserve them against related work orders in SAP. Desired Candidate Profile B.E. in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical equipment in the oil refining or petrochemical industry, with at least 10 years in maintenance and turnaround at a supervisory level. Proficient in computer systems and hardware, with experience in software packages like SAP, Primavera, MS Project.
