Demonstrates a high level of critical thinking in addressing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or multi-functional problems.How You Will Make An Impact Maintaining optimum interaction with Project Leader, Design departments and customer representatives - Ensuring that all project related activities are planned and implemented in accordance with QA standards and procedures, the relevant project documentation, as well as health and safety requirements.Perform commissioning and fact-finding activities on generators and associated auxiliary systems in power station worldwide in accordance with Siemens Standards.Efficient execution of work within allocated budget and time - This calls for effective planning aimed at effective use of resources for maximum efficiency.Support sales and planning departments in the preparation of tenders, quotations, time schedules and requirement lists.Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support during sales efforts.Identifies potential delays and minimizes their impact. Supports claim management.What You Bring Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and fact-finding on generators and auxiliary systems, demonstrating the ability to resolve complex issues independently.Advanced technical knowledge of power generation systems and the ability to apply critical thinking to address high-impact, multi-functional problems.Ability to maintain effective communication and collaboration with project leaders, design departments, and customer representatives to ensure project activities align with QA standards and health and safety requirements.Skilled in executing work efficiently within allocated budgets and timelines, with a focus on resource optimization for maximum efficiency.Experience in supporting sales and planning departments by preparing tenders, quotations, time schedules, and requirement lists, along with providing technical support during customer meetings.Ability to identify potential delays early and implement strategies to minimize their impact, contributing to effective claim management and project success.About The Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
