Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical) Nationality Any Anglophone National Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Take over project / contract from Sales Team and initiate kick-off, in conjunction with Contracts Manager. Initiate project costing & flow, as well as identify critical areas & equipment. Develop project schedule based on factory manufacturing schedule. Support Contracts Manager with project strategy, procedures, control systems, coordination mechanisms, quality plan, budget, and objectives. Manage project documents such as QCPs, cash flow, drawings, orders, schedules, and reporting templates. Identify and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives. Manage interfaces (internal/external) and obtain necessary approvals. Establish and maintain client relationships. Obtain all necessary client and other approvals. Control project budget and schedule in collaboration with Contracts Manager. Meet contractual obligations and statutory requirements. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for company management and clients. Ensure all work complies with schedules and reporting requirements. Assist Contracts Manager in developing, identifying, and reporting project risks. Support the implementation and management of the Change Management Plan & procedures. Ensure all work complies with specifications, quality plan, and safety requirements. Manage milestone invoicing within contract milestone payments in collaboration with Contracts Manager. Close out the project and prepare the Close-Out Report for the Contracts Manager. Desired Candidate Profile Engineering Diploma or Degree (preferably Mechanical). Project Management qualification or accreditation (PMP or similar) preferred. Minimum 4 years of Petrochemical or Rotating Equipment experience, preferably in a similar role. 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in manufacturing/construction environment.
