Master of Technology/Engineering, Master of Education, Master of Commerce, Chartered Financial Analyst (Finance) Nationality Any Arab National, Any GCC National, Any European National, Indian Vacancy Job Description Design, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, and compliance for LX1B Motors. Handle end-to-end recruitment: screening, scheduling, onboarding, and documentation. Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking. Assist in setting up HR operations for UAE expansion and international hiring. Ensure smooth functioning of employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit). Organize employee engagement programs and maintain a strong work culture. Support management in performance appraisals and internal training programs. Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and UAE employment policies. Coordinate with factory management and R&D teams for manpower planning. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR management or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR compliance, and payroll basics. Familiar with UAE labour laws is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi; Arabic is a bonus). Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software tools. Confident, organized, and ready to work in a high-speed luxury automotive environment.
