Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range We have an urgent requirement for a Sr. Data Management and Data Governance Specialist in the banking domain for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Responsibilities Implement and maintain data management platforms and tools (e.g., enterprise metadata repository, data quality platform, data stewardship workflows, data modelling, ETL tools, data mesh) ensuring they meet bank needs, regulatory requirements, and security standards.Manage data sources, lifecycle, and ensure data security and compliance.Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives.Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven initiatives and ensure data quality and integrity.Minimum Requirements Extensive experience in data management, governance, architecture, and integration.Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DMBOK).Mastery in data modelling and proficiency in data quality frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, TDQM).Professional certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are highly desirable.Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.Proven track record in banking or financial services sectors.Role Details Mid-Senior level, Contract, in the Information Technology industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
