Business Development Executive
Description
The primary purpose of this position is to establish and manage an agents network in a given area to generate qualified leads and business opportunities for TFG. This position will focus exclusively on the expansion of the agent network internationally, as well as increasing the sales revenue of the Business Development Department.Overall Job Description: Establish a new agents network.Propose new initiatives to expand the agents network and form effective strategies, including agents presentations, training, support materials, bonus and incentive structures, outdoor meetings, and international business trips.Build relationships with current agents for further development, training, and growth.Maintain clear communication and provide regular feedback to agents and brokers.Identify issues and areas for improvement to enhance the overall performance of Business Development.Stay top-of-mind with assigned agents, brokers, and clients.Ensure all agents are motivated and understand their earning potential as TFG agents.Appoint new agents and form strategic and promotional partnerships to increase TFG's sales revenue.Ensure that direct bookings and sales targets are met.Desired Skills & Expertise: Minimum Requirements: Highly self-motivated, career-oriented team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach.Strong communication skills.Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and/or English and French with a clear and professional accent.Ability to travel internationally for roadshows and business trips.Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.Punctual, courteous, and presentable.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
