The Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, performs reconciliations, and support financial reporting.Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records in accordance with accounting standards.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Conduct monthly bank and ledger reconciliations ensuring accuracy across all financial transactions.Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies.Coordinate with auditors during audit processes.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Work with ERP systems for transaction recording and reporting.Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.Communications & Working Relationships: Works closely with the Business Development Manager and Department.Communicates professionally with colleagues and Management while keeping a productive working environment.Experience, Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5 to 8 years of experience in accounting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.ERP experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).Excellent analytical and organizational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and stress management skills.Ability to train and manage staff.Ability to work with little to no supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
