Workshop/Garage Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop/Garage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair, as well as excellent managerial and organizational skills. As the Workshop/Garage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop and garage, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed - Must Have an experience of dealing with UAE Insurance companies. - Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and serviced - Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and parts as needed - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology - Manage budget and expenses for the workshop/garage Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Within UAE), preferably in a workshop or garage setting - Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair techniques - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to manage and motivate a team - Proficient in using computer software for record-keeping and inventory management - Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and standards - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus We Offer: - Competitive salary package - Health insurance - Annual leave and other benefits as per UAE labor law - Opportunities for growth and development within the company - A dynamic and collaborative work environment If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you.
