We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description: Senior/Resident Engineer Dubai, UAEWhat You'll Be Doing: Administer contract in the capacity of Engineer's Representative. Monitor project progress and document changes in scope.Coordinate with authorities and agencies for approvals and project handover.Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and deliverables.Review work to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality requirements.Review and recommend approval change orders, notifying relevant personnel of changes.Manage client expectations and provide periodic progress updates.Ensure Parsons' rights and obligations are met throughout project execution.What Required Skills You'll Bring: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum 15 years’ Experience for Resident Engineers.Minimum 20 years’ experience for Senior Resident Engineers.Prior Experience in construction supervision and delivery, particularly in infrastructure, Roads, Bridges and Community Development projects ideally in the UAE.Knowledge of NOC procedures, commissioning, and Dubai government authority specifications and procedures.Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).Solid technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards and codes.Understanding of construction health, safety, and environmental regulations.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
