Description

Identify and target potential clients in the local market and develop new business relationships.Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet their staffing needs.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through market research and networking.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Establish strong client relationships through effective communication and regular client engagement.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new recruitment mandates.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.Collaborate with recruiters and utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.Review and pre-screen candidate resumes and applications to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.Attend industry events and conferences to expand the agency's network and brand presence.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.Ability to work independently Proficiency in Recruit CRM and MS Office applications.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
