Growth Marketing & Performance Optimization Develop and execute high-ROI paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram.Optimize campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to enhance conversion rates and engagement.Utilize performance marketing techniques to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.Develop data-driven strategies to improve digital marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.Design and implement customer acquisition funnels tailored for SMEs and enterprises.Drive lead generation through cold outreach, content marketing, referral programs, and strategic partnerships.Optimize landing pages and website content to enhance lead conversion rates.Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion tracking.3. Content Marketing & Social Media Management Create compelling content, including blogs, case studies, infographics, and social media posts, to reinforce Microvision's value proposition.Manage SME-focused platforms such as Whats App, Linked In, and Twitter to build an engaged community.Develop and execute content strategies that align with audience needs and business objectives.Leverage video marketing, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content to drive brand awareness.4. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations Establish and maintain partnerships with logistics providers, digital agencies, and complementary businesses.Collaborate with industry stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and market reach.Work with sales and business development teams to execute event marketing, sponsorships, and networking initiatives.Identify co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners to expand customer acquisition channels.5.
