Job Description We are looking to hire a skilled Cloud Administrator (VMware) to manage and maintain our virtualized infrastructure.Responsibilities include: Provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of VMware Cloud infrastructure.Collaborating with infrastructure teams such as Network, Security, Database, and Operating Systems to support daily cloud operations.Managing VMware virtualized infrastructure to ensure system availability according to SLAs.Managing VMware Cloud Director environment as both Cloud Service Provider and Tenant Administrator.Maintaining Cloud components Life Cycle Matrix, Interoperability, and Release Matrix.Managing VMware Cloud Stack components including VMware Cloud Director, v Sphere, NSX-T, and VMware Aria Suite.Planning and executing migration strategies from NSX-V to NSX-T.Deploying and managing customer backup and disaster recovery services on VMware Cloud Director.Understanding Paa S offerings, Kubernetes Native Clusters, and Tanzu-based solutions.Performing health monitoring of all VMware infrastructure components and hardware.Planning release management and ensuring system security, performance, and capacity.Managing SSL certificates and customer onboarding actions.Troubleshooting Virtual Environment issues and maintaining documentation.Participating in incident, change, and problem management processes.Supporting on-call emergencies and additional responsibilities as assigned.Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field.Job-Specific Skills: Mandatory VMware / Industry standard certifications, including v Sphere and NSX-T.VMware certification in VROPS is a plus.Customer-centric approach, team player, effective communicator, and good documentation skills.Experience with VMware Cloud Director, NSX-T, SDDC, SDN, and VMware Aria Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
