Private Equity Analyst

The client is a global investment manager specializing in alternative investments with a multi-billion dollar AUM.Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Analyze potential investments through financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis.Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.Transaction Execution: Support the execution of investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation.Coordinate with legal, commercial, accounting, and other advisors.Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and identify opportunities for value creation.Work with management team and board members in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.Other: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, advisors, and potential investment targets.Contribute to fundraising activities and investor relations.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments.Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.Experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting from a tier 1 organisation Must be based in GCC already Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Problem-Solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
