In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to identify and secure top-tier talent for various positions within the organization. Ideal candidates thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a passion for connecting with people.Talent Acquisition: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand requirements, and help shape job descriptions.Offer Management: Present job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates, maintaining engagement and a positive candidate experience.Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to remain competitive in attracting talent.Qualifications and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.Proven success in filling multiple roles across various levels and functions.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate opportunities to candidates.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Self-motivated with great time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.Full-time, long-term remote position Opportunity to work with a UK consultancy expanding into the UAE market – international exposure and career growth Direct access to a supportive, founder-led business with mentorship and trust Dynamic and varied role – from sourcing and admin to BD and campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr
