BIM Structural Modeler

Job Title: Structural Draftsman (Revit & Auto CAD)Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Diploma Job Description: Design and develop layout drawings and general arrangement drawings.Perform structural drafting for residential and commercial projects.Experience with concrete and steel structures.Create detailed engineering and shop drawings for structural buildings.Prepare xref files for architectural and structural shop drawings.Develop bar bending schedules for RCC structures.Design compound walls and fencing details.Prepare standard drawings as per DDA, DM, D.M.W standards.Extract 2D drawings from 3D models and review architectural, structural, and steel drawings.Model and innovate using REVIT Architecture and Structure.Create parametric families and models in Revit.Prepare design, as-built, and shop drawings.Revise and create new drawings for heavy industrial plant structures.Proficient in Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks, and relevant add-ins.Edit models based on engineer instructions and create plans, sections, details, and quantity schedules.Generate PDFs, DWGs, or images from models.Follow firm and project documentation standards.Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.Skills: Good communication skills.Strong structural modeling and detailing skills.Experience working with concrete and steel structures.Advanced knowledge of Revit.Additional Requirements: Immediate availability in UAE or willing to join immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
