Should be able to do multi-tasking and handle a range of activities efficiently & independently.Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination and handling client relationships Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts and follow up with clients for POs.Prepare and submit Invoices, Proforma Invoices, etc.Plan, schedule, and coordinate field services and installations Attend to sales enquiries efficiently and effectively leading to successful sales closures.Timely preparation & execution of Service Contracts and AMCs (new and renewal)Direct and supervise field service team Maintain an active and cordial relationship with clients Handle all client concerns efficiently and effectively Prospect for future business opportunities/referrals with existing clients Pre-sales and post-sales support (documentation & communication) #J-18808-Ljbffr
