Cost Accountant/Cost Analyst

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our Fiber Glass Factory (for boat manufacturing)Responsible for performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports. Our ideal candidate should be able to present cost-effective solutions for the company.Main Responsibilities Include: Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent, and insurance)Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)Prepare budgeting reports Analyze and report profit margins Preparing month-end and year-end closing Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions Apart from the above, routine accounting jobs like day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers & preparing payroll by month-end Requirements: Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant, or similar role, especially in the Fiber Glass Industry Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures Experience with accounting software, preferably with ERPComputer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Cost Accounting: 5 years (Required)V-Lookup/Pivot Table: 5 years (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
