Procurement Executive

Ensure the warehouse is maintained, cleaned, and organized in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.Responsible for storage and distribution of finished goods. Oversee goods issuing and receiving requisition; post it in the system and submit to accounts department.Based on tonnage of materials, coordinate with fleet department to arrange for vehicles.Oversee loading of orders in vehicles and transfer to correct locations as per invoices. Check and manage all inventory control functions, maintaining an accurate record of materials to provide full support to production activities.Minimize and keep within limits the inventory holding costs and spoilage rate.Keep track of the attendance of incoming and outgoing vehicles.Approve data on the computerized inventory.Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in the food and beverages industry with 2-3 years as a warehouse officer in FMCG companies.Understanding of purchasing activities, logistics, and shipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
