The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and creating scalable, efficient BI solutions to meet those needs.This includes working with data related to Supply Chain, Customer Data (single view of customer), and actionable insights for brick & mortar and ecommerce platforms, utilizing BI tools to enhance decision-making in a multi-billion sports retail & ecommerce organization. Deep understanding of Customer Data, Ecommerce growth levers, and brick & mortar operations is essential.The candidate should be proficient in Power BI, Tableau, with data sourced from Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Redshift, Customer Data Platforms, and Google Analytics 4, to support effective decision-making and impactful business outcomes.Job Description: Data Modelling and ETL: Design and develop data models and ETL processes to transform and prepare data for analysis. Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the pipeline.Report and Dashboard Development: Create interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Customize reports to meet specific business needs.Query and Analysis: Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.BI Tool Administration: Maintain and monitor BI tools and platforms. Troubleshoot issues as they arise.Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work with business users and stakeholders to gather and prioritize BI requirements. Translate these into technical solutions.Documentation: Document data models, ETL processes, and report specifications. Create user guides and training materials.Data Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
