Job Description Track the status, deliverables, and schedules of all infrastructure projects; coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure all project deliverables are completed at each design stage. Coordinate with project managers to deploy the infrastructure design team and with discipline leads for compiling Variations Orders (VOs). Manage project documentation, ensuring all materials are current, properly filed, and stored. Handle project correspondence by preparing and reviewing proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails. Communicate with clients to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives, led by the infrastructure team. Identify and address gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for infrastructure design tasks. Support monitoring and tracking of project revenue, costs, profitability, and payment collections. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the Middle East, working on large-scale projects.
