This role will help key customers in the proper usage of ANSYS structural tools to improve productivity and satisfaction with ANSYS simulation products.Essential Functions: Support the sales team in engaging with customers from a technical perspective by creating elegant and useful simulation solutions, participating in meetings, performing live presentations and demo cases, and developing case studies to demonstrate how ANSYS solutions can enhance productivity and revenue.Articulate ANSYS’ value proposition encompassing its entire suite of products; presentations must affirm the sales message, differentiate ANSYS, and leave a strong, positive impression on audiences, including senior company executives.Deliver high-quality post-sales technical support for customers of Fluid Codes.Provide basic and advanced training for new and existing customers on ANSYS structural solutions.Independently analyze technical needs, requirements, and the current state of customers’ infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows.Develop technical support repositories to enhance customer productivity and efficiency.Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.Collaborate with customers to ensure successful use of ANSYS products, sustain a renewals revenue stream, and cultivate opportunities to expand software licenses.Develop competence as a subject matter and industry expert.Hold an MS/Ph D in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.Preferred education and years of professional experience: BS+8, MS+6, or Ph D+3.Minimum 5 years of experience in solving Structural Engineering problems using ANSYS tools.Expert-level knowledge of linear, non-linear structural mechanics, explicit dynamics, linear dynamics, design optimization, and multi-physics.Experience in composite structural analysis is an advantage.Practical work experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is an advantage.Excellent communication skills in English (writing and presenting).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers.Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to customers.Possess a sense of urgency, strong organizational, and follow-up skills.Have an engaging personality, engineering curiosity, willingness for continuous learning, and a professional mindset.Demonstrated experience in providing customer technical support, training, or similar customer-facing activities.Ability to travel up to 25%.Accelerate your digital transformation with engineering simulation solutions Founded in 1997, Fluid Codes is an ANSYS Apex Channel Partner serving the needs of the engineering community in the Middle East & Africa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
