Super Store Seeks Sales & Business Development Manager (Wholesale)Join Our Team!Super Store, a leading wholesale supplier of coffee vending equipment, snack machines, and related products (a sister company of Station Vending Machine), is searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale sales efforts.About Super Store: As a trusted name in the vending machine industry, we are committed to providing top-quality solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We offer a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's growth.Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious company growth goals.Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the FMCG, Ho Re Ca, and vending machine industries.Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with wholesale distributors and clients.Develop and deliver compelling product presentations showcasing the value proposition of Super Store's offerings.Provide ongoing sales coaching and development to your team members.Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities within the wholesale market.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the FMCG, Ho Re Ca, or vending machine industry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.Demonstrable understanding of the wholesale distribution landscape.Arabic language proficiency is a plus.Valid UAE driving license and residence visa for 3 months work.Offer: Competitive salary of AED 7,500 per month + performance-based incentives.Opportunity for professional development and career advancement.Visa sponsorship and comprehensive benefits package upon confirmation (full-time).Job Type: Full-time Probation Period: This position is subject to a 3-month probation period.To Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter describing your relevant experience and why you're a perfect fit for this role.Application Question(s): Do you have a valid UAE residence visa?Do you have valid UAE Driving License?Can you describe a time when you successfully developed and implemented a sales strategy that exceeded targets in the wholesale sector, particularly within the Ho Re Ca industry?How many years of B2B sales experience do you have within the Ho Re Ca industry? #J-18808-Ljbffr
