Collaboration with key internal stakeholders, building and maintaining essential tools, market positioning, training, and education is required. The role involves being a thought leader and subject matter expert, providing strategic direction, and promoting system selling to drive growth.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Review each individual Roofing field sales (annual) business plan.Participate in local Roofing field sales teams, regional sales leadership, and sales training to drive growth via Rule-of-10’s and project-specific activity.Act as a technical expert for related technologies in the assigned area and market segment.Leverage industry, segment, and product knowledge to identify gaps and present opportunities for development and growth.Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate on pre-launch needs and post-launch support, including testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories.Collaborate with Sales to create and execute plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue, including new product launches and acquisitions.Work with the Learning team on content for qualified applicator programs and industry training, and with local sales to identify target contractors for training attendance.Partner with Marketing Communications on campaigns to meet business goals and generate leads.Develop strategy maps and business plans with Corporate Development and Strategy groups.Identify and prioritize M&A targets based on strategic initiatives.Drive integration of acquired products into sales initiatives.Collaborate with Strategy and R&D on next-generation technology.Create and train on value calculators.Provide industry association leadership and trade show support.Update the business regularly on activities, outcomes, and KPIs.Enhance technical knowledge through self-study and industry networks.Experience Requirement Deep knowledge of the assigned market segment and technologies.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.Other Skills, Abilities, And Qualifications Deep understanding of industry trends, market landscape, and customer preferences.Strong business acumen, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to synthesize relevant details from large data sets.Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.High initiative and urgency.Interpersonal and presentation skills.Problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, climb ladders, reach, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.Benefits and Compensation: Starting at $117,000, with potential above or below depending on various factors.
