Motif Interiors is actively seeking an experienced Property Coordinator with a strong background in properties to join our esteemed team. If you have a passion for property management, exceptional organizational skills, and an eye for detail, we invite you to apply and be part of our innovative and dynamic workspace.Requirements: Oversee and manage commercial property-related documents, including rental agreements, sales deeds, authority approvals, and other legal documents.Collaborate with real estate agencies, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to enhance business partnerships.Coordinate seamlessly with the design team to ensure the property units are prepared according to specifications. Collaborate closely with the fit-out team to facilitate smooth implementation.Handle negotiations and management of contracts related to commercial property transactions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.Utilize advanced data management tools and analytics to support decision-making processes within the commercial real estate sector.Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.Education & Technical Skills: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate, with a strong background in Property Management.Proficiency in commercial property-related contracts, including rental agreements, sales deeds, authority approvals, and coordination with design and fit-out teams. Has a deep understanding of UAE commercial real estate practices.Skills Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools is essential.Exceptional time management skills, allowing efficient multitasking and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Note: Candidates with experience in dealing with Commercial Properties will be given preference #J-18808-Ljbffr
