From its inception, CASA Di Lusso Trading LLP has developed a reputation for curating exceptional products and delivering designs of the highest caliber.The Role A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and providing support for efficient operation of fleet activities and collaborating with various stakeholders within the logistics team and other departments.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.Familiarity with warehouse software and logistics management systems.Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.Responsibilities include: Negotiate transportation rates & services, manage customs documentation and clearance, handling & compliance of MOFAIC, COO, TDRA, etc. requested by the customs government.Collaborate on export documentation, handle freight invoices, and fulfill management-assigned tasks.Coordinate timely shipments with freight forwarders.Coordinate with warehouse for the import of products.Arrange for helpers or office assistants for timely delivery of products to clients.Ensure that products are handled with care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
