Sales Engineer Job Description: The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving the sales of Air Conditioning systems and solutions to meet the needs of retrofit and ESCO market. The successful candidate must possess a strong technical understanding of Air Conditioning systems, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify and close business opportunities in the competitive UAE retrofit and ESCO market.Key Responsibilities: Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and establish new client relationships.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding Air Conditioning systems and services.Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the benefits and features of products.Work closely with clients to determine their technical and budgetary requirements.Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with the engineering team.Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure orders.Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.Collaborate with the project, logistics, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.Regularly update sales forecasts, activity reports, and client databases.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Retrofit & ESCO sales.Experience in the Dubai/UAE retrofit and ESCO market is preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Air Conditioning systems, components, and industry standards.Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is a must.IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Other: Valid UAE driving license is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
