Job Summary Designing, implementing, and maintaining distinct user interfaces for mobile and web applications of the organization, ensuring an easy user experience during the application development cycle. Duties & Responsibilities Participate in formulating the design process to create the best user experience (UX) for the company applications. Plan and analyze usability testing for proposed projects and suggest necessary improvements to interfaces. Create prototypes to represent compelling UX and develop high-fidelity designs to showcase final projects. Implement and create user interface designs, guidelines, and various aspects of prototypes and mock-ups. Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure adherence to company branding guidelines. Work with other departments to create and manage brand assets. Create designs tailored to each project's needs throughout the application development lifecycle. Provide solutions to enhance user experience by redesigning mobile and web applications as needed. Write HTML/CSS code and support front-end development for services or applications. Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to ensure system compliance with specifications and suggest improvements. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
