This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT systems, ensuring seamless technology support for all departments.Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure minimal downtime.• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Windows Active Directory.• Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery protocols are up to date.• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and security patches.• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal applications and software.• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and problem resolutions.• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support services when required.• Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and best practices.Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• Proven experience in IT support or system administration (minimum 2 years preferred).• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking protocols.• Experience with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and backup systems.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
