STATUS Holiday Homes, a leading holiday homes company in Dubai, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer with a proven record in the holiday homes industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquiring new apartments from property owners, building and leading a team, and developing effective marketing strategies to expand our business.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new apartments from property owners for our holiday homes business.Create and lead a high-performing team focused on business growth and customer satisfaction.Work closely with marketing to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, partners, and stakeholders.Continuously analyse market trends, competition, and opportunities to inform business decisions and drive growth.Achieve a target of expanding our portfolio to over 500 properties by the end of the year.Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the holiday homes business with a proven record of successfully bringing new apartments on board.UAE Driver’s License is a must.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
