We are looking for a young, ambitious, and dynamic female as a Customer Service Executive fluent in English, and Arabic is a plus, to work for a Cleaning Services company in Al Quoz. The main tasks are as follows: Manage a high volume of phone calls Keep records of customer interactions Process client accounts and file paperwork Meet customer service team sales objectives Follow up, resolve issues, and get feedback Build long-term relationships and trust with customers Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction Keep customers engaged throughout the purchasing journey Handle complaints and provide alternatives quickly Please apply only if the above is applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
