Accountant

Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.Perform job cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in Dubai.Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the sales team and business managers in analyzing margins, variances, and costs.Ensuring the Company has sufficient financial reserves to meet all its contracted liabilities.Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.Work consultatively with the CEO and respective departments on policy and procedures.Required Qualifications Internationally recognized qualification in accounting.Possesses a strong knowledge and skills in the application of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).Capable of both cash-based and accruals-based accounting practices.5 + years of experience including financial management reporting.Proficiency with accounting tools, Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Power Point, etc.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English, possession of other language skills will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
