Pediatric Nurse

We are looking for a Pediatric Nurse to join our Nursing department.Main Duties/Responsibilities: Ability to organize own workload with regards to assessing patient needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation of a programmed of care which is evidence-based utilizing all available resources, taking into consideration the lifestyle, gender, cultural background, and medical condition to ensure involvement with the patient, family, carers, and significant others.Ensuring that all patients and their families feel cared for and cared about.Organize own workload to ensure that the interests of the patients are met.Maintain patient records in line with Emirates Hospital guidelines for records and record keeping.Graduate from an accredited Nursing program of a minimum duration of three (3) years or Bachelor degree in Nursing.Current valid registration in the country of training and/or country of last employment (Desirable).4-5 years of experience in a hospital setup.Knowledge / Technical Skills: Care Delivery Involvement of Patient and Family in Care Health Promotion and Health Protection Maintenance of Care Records Management of Resources in a Cost-Efficient Manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
