We have an urgent requirement for Fircosoft products Technical Consultant - implementing, configuring, and maintaining Fircosoft solutions is required for one of our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Experience: Up to 7 years + 30 days and below joiners ONLY.Experience with implementing, configuring, and maintaining Fircosoft solutions is a MUST to apply for this role.Experience in designing and implementing Fircosoft solutions like Firco Continuity, Firco Trust Portfolio Screening (Batch Screening), and Firco Trust Screen is a MUST.Experience providing technical support for Fircosoft software, resolving issues promptly is a MUST.The first round is an online test on Gorilla for 1.5 hours. Candidates ready to give the test shall only apply.Banking domain experience is a MUST.Key Requirements Implementation & Configuration: Design and implement Fircosoft solutions like Firco Continuity, Firco Trust Portfolio Screening (Batch Screening), and Firco Trust Screen & Keep (Realtime Screening) modules.Proficiency in Firco utilities like FMM, FML & FUM.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for Fircosoft software, resolving issues promptly.Analyze and address system performance issues to ensure smooth operations.Have an understanding of cloud technologies and enablers (Dapr, Kubernetes).Strong knowledge of Oracle and APIs like TIBCO ESB and REST API services and JSON for data interchange integration.Should have knowledge of Unix & Windows configuration of web application servers, Web Sphere, Apache, IBM MQ & Kafka Topics.Rule Writing & Management: Create, test, and deploy compliance rules within Fircosoft applications.Proficiency in rule writing and compliance screening processes.Continuously optimize and update rules to adapt to evolving business needs.Integration & Coordination: Integrate Fircosoft solutions with existing systems and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the solution with compliance and business goals.Demonstrate understanding of the financial industry and knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT, UAEFTS etc).List Management: Strong understanding about Worldcheck data and other blacklists.Monitor changes in global sanctions lists, PEP lists, and other regulatory criteria to ensure that the system stays up-to-date and compliant.BAU Activities Oversee the continuous screening process using Fircosoft products to identify ongoing risks from customers, transactions, and accounts that may affect business continuity.Ensure that the system is properly configured to detect new risks as per regulatory guidelines, including sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.Manage and track alerts generated by the system, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups to maintain operational continuity.Liaise with compliance and operations teams to review continuous monitoring outcomes and mitigate any detected risks.Regularly update monitoring workflows, procedures, and configurations to comply with evolving global regulations.Provide training and support for staff on how to use Fircosoft products effectively and maintain compliance.Soft Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
