We provide a diverse range of healing, retreat and culinary services to enhance your well-being.Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator for our Wellness, Eatery & Retreat establishment will play a crucial role in promoting our services, managing therapist-related activities, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the wellness, eatery, and retreat industry.Duties & Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.Provide personalized recommendations and information about our services, therapists, and offerings.Proactively promote and sell our wellness, eatery, and retreat services to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.Schedule therapist appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process.Stay updated on the services, therapies, and treatments offered at the establishment.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and packages.Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.Manage and report on cash and credit card transactions accurately.Follow established procedures for handling payments and financial records.Qualifications: MUST be highly professional & reliable MUST be professional and flexible with hours MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLINGMUST have experience in the wellness industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
