If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Position: Social Media Executive (Female)Duties & Responsibilities: Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.Plan and schedule posts across various social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.Track key performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, followers, and engagement rates.Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns.Prepare regular reports to summarize performance and suggest improvements.Manage and run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes.Handle negative feedback, comments, and potential PR crises on social media.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and resolve issues.Work closely with the content creation team to ensure alignment with the social media strategy.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to integrate social media efforts with broader company goals.Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Adapt strategies to incorporate new trends and technologies.Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences and behaviors.Use insights to tailor content and engagement strategies.Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote specific products, services, or events.Coordinate with other marketing efforts to ensure a cohesive strategy.Collaborate with the Web Team and Creative team for graphics and videos.Edit creatives (photos and videos) as required.Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Social Media Management: 2 years (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
