Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive The purpose of a Digital Marketing Executive within our organization is to increase the visibility, awareness, and revenue of Alserkal Group of Companies by developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that utilize various digital channels, such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to reach and engage the target audience.Responsibilities: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Create content for the website and social media platforms.Design creatives (graphic design) for the website and social media.Build and maintain our social media presence.Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies via digital marketing.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize analytical tools to evaluate customer experience across channels and touchpoints.Identify critical conversion points and optimize user funnels.Coordinate with agencies and vendor partners.Provide thought leadership and perspectives for digital adoption where appropriate.Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, analytics, marketing automation, creative skills, communication, and strategic thinking. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, with skills in SEO, SMM, graphic designing, photography, budgeting, and reporting.Knowledge & Skills: Fundamentals of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content, mobile marketing).Analytics and reporting using tools like Google Analytics.Content creation for blogs, social media, emails, and videos.Campaign management across multiple channels.Knowledge of paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads).Social media management skills.Experience with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Marketo).Understanding of user experience principles.Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
