ELV Application Engineer

Posted on 12/30/2024Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Video Management Systems (VMS).Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain the following systems: Milestone XProtect Corporate Video Management System.KABA Exos & Lenel Access Control System for access control solutions.Axis, Samsung, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch Cameras System: setup, optimization, management, maintenance, installation, and support, including configuration and integration.Develop and maintain SQL databases, including optimization, troubleshooting, and query development at an expert level.Conduct system integration, testing, and commissioning for various ELV projects.Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for system upgrades and issue resolution.Prepare and maintain documentation including design drawings, system configurations, and user manuals.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an ELV Application Engineer or a similar role.Hands-on experience with Milestone XProtect Corporate, Hikvision, Dahua, Genetec, Samsung, Bosch, and other VMS systems.Hands-on experience with CNL, Vidsys & Advancis and other PSIM systems.Hands-on experience with Storage, Dell, Resilient, Net App, and other Storage systems.Expertise in access control systems such as KABA Exos, Matrix, HID, Maxis, Lenel, Nedap and other Access Control Systems.Proficiency in managing camera systems from Axis, Samsung, Hikvision, and Dahua and other Brand cameras.Advanced knowledge of SQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of networking principles and system integration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications Certifications in relevant ELV systems (e.g., Milestone Certified Integration Engineer, KABA Access Control Certification).Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, and storage systems.Knowledge of emerging technologies in security and surveillance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
