The company is growing its presence in the region, making this an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to contribute to a forward-thinking and dynamic environment.Manage daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and the general ledger.Implement standardised accounting procedures and internal controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements (e.g., ZATCA).Lead and mentor an accounting team, providing training and performance feedback.Collaborate with different departments to streamline financial processes.Leverage technology and automation to enhance accounting efficiency.Assist the Finance Director in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.A successful Accounting Operations Manager should have: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.A CPA, CMA, or SOCPA certification (preferred but not mandatory).At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and ZATCA regulations.Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
