What You’ll Be Doing Lead digital transformation initiatives for high-profile public sector clients, steering end-to-end IT projects from conception to execution.Manage multidisciplinary teams—both internal and external—leveraging deep industry knowledge and agile project management practices to design and implement effective IT transformation strategies at scale.Oversee the design, evaluation, and refinement of IT functions and architectures, facilitating key discussions with senior client leadership and providing strategic insights based on evolving industry trends.Collaborate with major players in the Energy sector—particularly oil & gas and petrochemicals—supporting their digital and IT transformation journeys across various market segments.About the Expert Consulting Track (ECT)The Expert Consulting Track is integral to BCG’s delivery model, offering specialized knowledge to tackle complex, high-impact challenges. Experts contribute significantly by shaping intellectual capital, thought leadership, and commercial capabilities. Often with experience gained outside traditional consulting—such as industry or academia—Experts are essential to bringing a multidisciplinary edge to client solutions.What You’ll Need to Succeed A degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a related field with excellent academic performance.6–8 years of experience in IT consulting, particularly in leading transformation and implementation projects.Background in the oil & gas or broader energy industries, including petrochemicals, is highly desirable.Proven leadership in managing project teams, including stakeholder and client coordination.Strong skills in resource planning and team motivation.Solid grasp of IT organizational development and operational processes.Ability to plan technology initiatives and build robust business cases.Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
