Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare (Arabic Speaker)

Experience: 8+ Years Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written)Role Overview: Stellar Technologies is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare domain to support digital transformation initiatives across hospital and government healthcare platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, experienced in gathering complex healthcare requirements, and capable of working closely with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and regulatory teams.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hospital administrators, clinicians, and IT teams to capture and define business and functional requirements.Analyze existing healthcare processes and propose digitized, scalable, and compliant solutions.Document user journeys, workflows, and interface requirements for EMR, EHR, patient portals, and insurance platforms.Support integration of healthcare systems with government entities like Malaffi, NABIDH, Riayati, and Do H.Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications for developers.Ensure compliance with UAE PDPL, HIPAA, FHIR, and other relevant healthcare regulations.Lead stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and project managers.Must-Have Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 4+ years in the healthcare domain.Strong understanding of hospital workflows, clinical systems, insurance claims, and patient journeys.Experience working on EMR/EHR, telemedicine, mobile health apps, or healthcare data platforms.Solid knowledge of compliance standards (UAE PDPL, HL7, FHIR, DHA/Do H).Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Strong documentation skills – BRD, FRS, use cases, workflows, and wireframes.Ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.Nice to Have: Experience with AI/ML in healthcare, RPA, or health analytics platforms.Background working with GCC-based healthcare authorities or government programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
