Project Coordinator

We are an 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida. We are urgently looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator, a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for a bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.Job Qualifications: Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License Experience in a similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, or Exhibition is preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills Team management and leadership skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Attentive to detail Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope, and objectives.Assist and support the sales team in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.Plan project schedules and manage team goals.Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are available.Work closely with the sales team.Track sales leads and client orders.Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.Liaise between other departments and the client to provide services most suitable for the client’s needs.Education and Experience: Diploma or Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering At least two years of experience as a Project Coordinator Benefits: Air Ticket Employment Visa Medical Insurance Company Vehicle with Fuel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Project Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)Advertising, Printing, Signage, Exhibition, Interiors: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
