Site Supervisor

EWT is currently seeking a Site Supervisor with expertise in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) operations.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise the operation and maintenance of STP and RO systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and operators Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met Prepare and maintain detailed reports on plant performance Key Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent technical background Proven experience in managing STP and RO operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent technical and analytical abilities Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in water treatment Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
