Architectural Design Coordinator

We are hiring an Architectural Design Coordinator for a leading Main Contracting Company in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating architectural design activities across various building projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage architectural design deliverables in collaboration with consultants and internal teams.Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements.Work closely with the construction team to resolve design-related issues during execution.Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings and materials.Support BIM implementation and maintain design documentation as per project standards.Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding design and detailing matters.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer only Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design coordination.At least 2 years of experience with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the GCC region.Proficient in Auto CAD, BIM (Revit/Navisworks preferred), and MS Excel.Strong understanding of construction processes and design coordination workflows.Based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Recruitment Placement Firm Executive Search Department / Functional Area Interior Design Keywords Design Design Documentation Auto CADBIMDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
