Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Job Responsibilties: Lead the BIM execution strategy for MEP and multidisciplinary design and construction coordination.Manage BIM workflows, ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards (LOD, ISO 19650, etc.).Coordinate and integrate models from all disciplines (MEP, Civil, Structural, Architectural) using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.Oversee clash detection and resolution between various disciplines using Navisworks Manage or similar tools.Ensure proper implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM protocols.Provide technical support and training to BIM teams and project stakeholders.Liaise with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives to manage deliverables and resolve coordination issues.Support digital construction initiatives and assist in the implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., 4D/5D BIM, cloud collaboration).Review and audit models for compliance with standards and project specifications.Manage document control and data exchange processes through CDE platforms like BIM 360 or ACC.Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in BIM management, particularly in MEP and multidisciplinary coordination.Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and UAE/GCC construction practices.Expertise in software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, BIM 360/ACC, and Dynamo (preferred).Experience in construction-phase BIM coordination is essential.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Locally available candidates with immediate availability are preferred.Vertical: Digital Engineering Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area Keywords BIM MANAGER - MEPDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
