They are seeking an experienced Head of Direct Sales to spearhead growth by engaging and securing direct advertisers across multiple industries.Responsibilities: • Identify and target direct clients across industries, positioning OOH media as a strategic advertising solution.• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing teams, and brand advertisers.• Develop tailored sales strategies to secure long-term partnerships and maximize revenue.• Present compelling OOH media solutions, demonstrating their impact on brand visibility and consumer engagement.• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to ensure optimal value for both clients and the company.• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Qualifications: • Proven experience in OOH media sales, specifically handling direct clients.• Strong network and relationships with corporate advertisers and brands in the UAE.• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.• Ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans tailored to direct clients.• Results-oriented, with a history of exceeding revenue targets.• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.• UAE experience is a must.Required Skills: Direct Sales Arabic Partnerships History Advertising Negotiation Suppliers Marketing English Sales Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
