Automotive Purchase Manager - Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the purchasing team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Develop and implement strategies for purchasing used cars directly from customers.Negotiate with customers to secure the best prices and terms for used vehicles.Oversee the entire purchasing process, from initial contact to final transaction closure.Monitor market trends and vehicle prices to make informed purchasing decisions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to vehicle purchasing.Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and operations.Analyze purchasing data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Handle high-level negotiations and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive purchasing or a related role.Proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures in the automotive industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.Knowledge of the Dubai automotive market and regulations is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
